Mr. Sami Aouani is a Tunisian lawyer and founder of Legal Business Advisors (LBA), formerly Lex Law Firm. Admitted to the National Bar since 2002, he has over 20 years of experience handling complex matters, both in advisory and litigation, serving a demanding national and international clientele. Holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master’s degree, and a PhD in International Law obtained in Germany, he benefits from an outstanding academic background and a deep understanding of European and Arab legal systems.
