Mr. Sami Aouani is a Tunisian lawyer and founder of Legal Business Advisors (LBA), formerly Lex Law Firm. Admitted to the National Bar since 2002, he has over 20 years of experience handling complex matters, both in advisory and litigation, serving a demanding national and international clientele.
Holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master’s degree, and a PhD in International Law obtained in Germany, he benefits from an outstanding academic background and a deep understanding of European and Arab legal systems. His expertise covers public, civil, and criminal law, with a distinctly strategic approach.
Specialized in international business law, he is particularly involved in corporate relocation, negotiation and structuring of international contracts, as well as cross-border dispute resolution, especially in ICC international arbitration.
Appointed by international groups to serve on coordination committees covering Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey, he advises executives and institutions on high-stakes operations, ensuring legal security and risk management.
His experience spans multiple jurisdictions, notably in Europe and North Africa, and includes strategic sectors such as energy, environment, and oil.
